Some days, it's easy to forget the things that make us feel most like ourselves.

The You Project was created as a way to capture those things—the places, people, passions, hobbies, little rituals, and pieces of life that make you feel like you.

There is no right way for one of these sessions to look. Maybe it's you doing something you love. Maybe it's somewhere you feel completely at peace. Maybe it's getting dressed up and feeling incredible. Or maybe it's simply capturing who you are in this chapter of your life.

The goal isn't perfection. It's to create photographs that feel personal and meaningful—images that remind you of your strength, your joy, your personality, and all the pieces of yourself worth holding onto.

And on the harder days, I hope you can look back at them and remember:
